An answer to your biggest needs

Discover transport capacity of a quite different order. See for yourself that quantity can go hand in hand with quality. Put your trust in our fleet: it will simplify the logistics of large events, save you time, and leave you more of it for whatever matters most at that moment.

We are glad to provide transport for large conference groups and for participants in symposiums, congresses and corporate or entertainment events. We have experience arranging journeys for as many as 300–700 people.

Live life to the full! Enjoy unlimited freedom of travel. Choose your own road.

Tell us where you are going. Tell us whether you are travelling alone or bringing friends or family. We are ready to meet your requirements. Waiting at our base are cars „ready for anything” — from cars to coaches.

Every vehicle comes with a professional driver who will take you anywhere in Poland and Europe.

  5. Advertising vehicles

    Mobile advertising can do more

Every day our beautiful cars cover hundreds of kilometres on the roads of Małopolska and Podhale as taxis, catching the eye of locals and tourists alike.

Each of them can work for you as a mobile advertising carrier. The network of LCD screens / tablets mounted on the headrests draws attention, breaks the monotony of the journey, engages the audience and, above all, makes the time on the road more enjoyable.

If you create advertising or produce film, think of our cars as vehicles ideally suited to film productions, music videos, promotional campaigns, commercials or brand films.

Our cars have a style of their own: they are good to look at and they draw attention naturally.

We have several makes and models available. Call us for more information.

  6. Day trips

    Seize the moment

Every day is a good day for an adventure.

The welcoming interiors of our cars are an invitation to travel, near and far.

Clean, well-kept space means everyone feels quite special inside, and the journey itself passes in great spirits.

Set your natural curiosity free and come with us to Kraków, Wieliczka, Oświęcim, Bochnia, the Bielańska Cave, Štrbské Pleso, Sromowce (the Dunajec raft trip), the Kościeliska Valley, Morskie Oko and more.

Want to take your travelling up a level? Name any place you want us to take you — go on, do it!

Our offer is aimed at private guests and organised groups alike.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes matters related to the use of the website shuttle-zakopane.com (the "Website").

Our goal is to make sure you feel safe on our Website, which is why your privacy and the protection of your personal data are very important to us. Please read the summary below to find out how our Website works. We assure you that your data will be processed transparently and fairly, and that we will take all reasonable care to handle it responsibly.

This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you how we use your personal data, in a way that meets all the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (the "GDPR").

1. Controller's details

The controller of your personal data within the meaning of the GDPR is

F.H.U "Wojtanowski", Stanisław Wojtanowski

ul. Ustup 15A, 34-500 Zakopane, Poland, VAT ID (NIP): 7361035986,

(the "Controller"). For matters related to the protection of personal data, you may also contact the Controller at office@shuttle-zakopane.com.

2. Purposes and legal grounds for processing

Your personal data may be processed by the Controller on the basis of:

a) necessity for the performance of a contract or to take steps prior to entering into one (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), for the purpose of handling a quote request or a booking of a transfer or a chauffeur-driven car submitted through the form on the Website;

b) the Controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), separately for the purpose of:

(i) handling the contact form made available on the Website, where the Controller's legitimate interest is looking after Website users and answering their questions; (ii) defending against possible claims, where the Controller's legitimate interest is the pursuit or defence of claims.

c) your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), for the purpose of analysing traffic on the Website with Google Analytics — only if you give consent in the cookie banner; you may withdraw it at any time (see sections 5 and 6).

3. Sharing personal data

Data may be shared with entities that process it on our behalf under agreements with the Controller, only for the purpose and to the extent necessary for the purposes above, including entities providing IT services or other services that ensure the Website functions correctly; such entities process data only on the Controller's instructions.

If you consent to analytics, data about your use of the Website (including a cookie identifier, device and browser information and the pages viewed) is received by Google Ireland Limited (Ireland) as the recipient under the Google Analytics service. This data may also be processed by Google LLC in the United States; the transfer relies on the European Commission's adequacy decision under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on standard contractual clauses.

Apart from that, we only transfer your data to entities located within the European Economic Area, which are therefore subject to strict EU data-protection rules, or to entities bound by an equivalent security standard.

4. How long we keep personal data

We process your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it is stored, or for as long as required by law, in particular until any claims become time-barred or until any legal archiving obligation expires, including obligations relating to accounting records.

Where your data is processed on the basis of the Controller's legitimate interest, the Controller will stop processing it earlier if you effectively object to the processing.

For data related to quote requests, bookings and the contact form (name, phone number, email address, ride date and time, flight number, message content), we retain this data until the purpose of processing has been fulfilled or until you exercise your right to erasure, as described in section 5.

Google Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in the Website's Google Analytics property. The Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_VPF3K2X9JK) last for a maximum of 12 months, and your choice in the cookie banner is remembered for 12 months, after which we will ask again.

5. Your rights

Right of access

You have the right to obtain information about the personal data we hold about you, including a copy of that data.

Right to rectification

You have the right to request the rectification of your personal data that is inaccurate. Taking into account the purposes of processing, you have the right to request that incomplete personal data be completed, including by providing an additional statement.

Right to erasure

You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data held by us in the following cases:

  • your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected
  • you have withdrawn the consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal basis for processing
  • you have objected to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing
  • your personal data has been processed unlawfully
  • your personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation under EU or national law

Right to data portability

You have the right to receive, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, the personal data concerning you that you provided to us, where the processing is based on consent or on a contract and is carried out by automated means.

If you request that this data be transmitted to another controller, we will do so where technically feasible.

Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted in the following cases:

  • you contest the accuracy of the personal data — for a period enabling us to verify its accuracy
  • the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data, requesting the restriction of its use instead
  • we no longer need the personal data for the purposes of processing, but you need it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims
  • you have objected to processing under Art. 21(1) — pending verification whether the Controller's legitimate grounds override those of your objection

Right to object

Where your personal data is processed on the basis of the Controller's legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing at any time, in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR.

Right to withdraw consent

Where processing is based on consent (Google Analytics), you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal (Art. 7(3) and Art. 13(2)(c) GDPR). You can do so with the "Cookie settings" button in the Website footer.

If you would like to exercise any of your rights, please send us a message to office@shuttle-zakopane.com, or by post to: Shuttle Zakopane, ul. Ustup 15A, 34-500 Zakopane, Poland, tel. +48 604 918 718.

The security of your personal data is a priority for us; however, if you believe that our processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).

6. Cookies

The Website uses Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_VPF3K2X9JK) only after you consent in the cookie banner; without your consent no Google script is loaded and these cookies are not set. The Website does not use marketing or advertising cookies. A full description is available in our Cookie Policy.

7. Changes to this Privacy Policy

To ensure that the Website's Privacy Policy always meets current legal requirements, we reserve the right to amend it at any time. This also applies where the Privacy Policy needs to be updated to cover new or changed services offered on the Website.

2. Services and pricing

2.1. The Company provides passenger transport services: airport transfers, transport for weddings and conferences, chauffeur-driven car hire, and the other services described on the Website — in a private car or van, not as a seat on a scheduled shared route.

2.3. The Company reserves the right to change its services, prices and availability at any time; such changes do not affect bookings already confirmed.

3. Booking and payment

4.3. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and consuming alcohol in the vehicle are strictly prohibited during the trip. The driver may refuse to carry a person who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

4.4. The Customer must follow the driver's safety instructions and keep the vehicle clean and tidy.

5.3. To change or cancel a booking, the Customer should contact customer service with their booking details, as early as possible.

5.4. The Company reserves the right to cancel a trip no later than 21:00 on the day before it is due to take place, in particular due to force majeure, weather conditions that make the trip unsafe, or an inability to perform the service. In such a case the Customer is entitled to a full refund of amounts paid, and will be notified of the cancellation promptly by phone or email.

Cookie Policy

Cookies

What are cookies and what are they for?

Cookies are small text files saved on your device when you visit our Website. They are sent by the website to your browser. Each cookie has an anonymous identifier and allows the device it is stored on to be recognised for a certain period (after which the cookie is deleted).

Which cookies and similar mechanisms do we use?

Necessary: none at present. The Website does not set any cookies that are required for it to work.

Remembering your choice: we store the key shuttle-analytics-consent-v1 in your browser's local storage (localStorage), holding your decision ("granted" or "denied") and the date you made it, so the banner does not appear on every visit. This record is strictly necessary to honour your choice and is not sent to our server.

Analytics (consent required): after you consent in the banner we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to count visits and see which parts of the Website are viewed. Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_VPF3K2X9JK, valid for a maximum of 12 months. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We do not use marketing or advertising cookies and do not use Google's advertising features (including Google Signals). Without your consent no Google script is loaded.

How long do we keep cookies?

Google Analytics cookies stay on your device for a maximum of 12 months or until you withdraw your consent. Your cookie choice stored in the browser is valid for 12 months, after which we will ask again.

How to change or withdraw your consent

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the "Cookie settings" button in the Website footer. Withdrawing consent stops measurement and deletes the Google Analytics cookies; it does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

How to manage cookies

Remember to configure every browser on every device you use (tablets, smartphones, computers). Configuration methods vary between browsers, so check the "Help" section of the browser you're using to find out how to configure it and use the available options.
